Welcome to Froxfield
The Parish of Froxfield covers some ten square miles of beautiful countryside and miles of lanes, to the north west of Petersfield, East Hampshire. It encompasses Privett, Froxfield Green and High Cross and is found perched on a high clay plateau some 825ft above sea level, situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty. With abundant wildlife and footpaths criss-crossing the mainly arable escarpment, it is popular with walkers and cyclists alike. Froxfield is bordered by the magnificent hangar woodlands, immortalised in words by local war poet Edward Thomas.
Froxfield's Community
Froxfield offers a thriving village community with plenty of activities for visitors and residents alike. The hub of the village revolves around the very popular Froxfield Primary School & Pre-School, the Village Hall, Village Stores at High Cross and the Churches of St Peter's High Cross and St Peter's Froxfield Green.
The Village Hall Website
Our Village Hall website is the place to find out about all of the amazing events, book your own event, identify community initiatives, search societies and clubs to join and discover so much more about village life which Froxfield is proud to offer. We hope you will find our village website helpful, sharing what is on offer in this vibrant community.
